Postal Office. Mainly because they get a cargo load of items to be delivered, they usually have a lot to spare and what’s so great about the boxes from here is that the sizes actually vary from the bigger ones you need and they also have sizes as small as a shoe box.
Office Buildings. Offices always have boxes to spare because of the equipments that they bring in their offices almost every month. From fax machines boxes to all sorts of boxes that for sure just takes up space in their office. And given that these offices needs every bit of space for their business/company, they are generally more than willing to get rid of those that takes up too much space.

What to move and not to move
While getting free boxes proves to be a lot easier these days, make sure that you inspect the boxes that you are taking in. Be very cautious because the longer the time they have been in storage, the greater risk there is that there are critters that have taken residence in the boxes. You wouldn’t want to move into your new home with those, would you?
